ABOUT SAM'S

Sam's Tours, a PADI Five Star National Geographic Center, is Palau's most award-winning dive center and eco-adventure tour company.  Located in Malakal Harbor, Koror, Palau, we operate every day of the year, offering scuba dive trips, snorkel trips, rock island tours, land tours, sailing charters, Palau's top rated kayak trips with Planet Blue Kayak Tours and unique live-aboard dive experiences on "Eclipse", a former racing sailboat customized for exploring Palau's reefs and waterways.

Excellent customer care, personalized attention, and professional service have earned Sam's Tours recognition as Palau's premier tour service including eight Scuba Diving Magazine, Reader's Choice Awards since 1997, including “Best Dive Operator”, Best Dive Staff” and “Best Value”. Sam’s Tour also recently won “Tour Operator of the Year” from Palau Visitors Authority.

Boats

Sam’s Tours has 9 custom built dive boats. Our custom built dive boats are safe, fast and comfortable and fully equipped for safety with twin engines, VHF Radio, Cell Phone, DAN Emergency Oxygen and full canopy for sun protection. Continuing our efforts to protect Palau’s environment and improve the overall comfort of our guests, all boats have been outfitted with twin 4 stroke outboards (Yamaha). These provide a much quieter ride and are much more fuel efficient
Our current fleet consists of four 30 foot vessels, four 33 foot vessels and one 40 foot vessel. All vessels contain dry storage, tank racks and rinse tanks. An assortment of juice, water and other beverages are available on all trips as well.

All of our vessels are operated by professionally licensed local captains who know Palau’s waters and reefs better than anyone. They are a great source for knowledge of what Palau is all about.
